Which products can I order today?

Our signature vases and practical modular five-foot large lights are available to order. Robotics is under development and is not for sale.

What materials does Govinda Robotics use?

Govinda Robotics uses 100% recyclable 3D printing filaments and the world's best products, selected according to the product's design, finish, strength and application requirements. Exact grades, brands and suppliers are confidential.

Can Govinda Robotics offer reusable or more sustainable material options?

Selected Govinda Robotics products may be eligible for material-reuse or more sustainable production options. Availability depends on the product design, application and manufacturing requirements. Contact our team to discuss the available option for your product.

Can I choose the size, colour and finish?

Signature vases offer selected colour and finish choices. Our large lights use a practical five-foot modular format and are supplied by pre-order.

How long does production take?

Approximately 10–21 days depending on height, design and finish. Shipping and installation for large-format pieces are quoted separately.

Do you have distributors or dealers?

No. Govinda Robotics operates as a company-managed brand. We do not have distributors, dealers, or franchise partners.

What is your return policy?

Returns are not allowed. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped.

What if my product arrives broken or damaged?

For any damage or breakage during shipment, you must provide a clear, unedited video of the complete box opening within 24 hours of delivery. Without this video, we cannot process a replacement or refund claim.

What payment methods do you accept?

After confirming your order on WhatsApp, we share a secure payment link. Indian customers can pay via Razorpay, and international customers can pay via PayPal.
